Meet The Edmonton Team

Clara Kwak, DDS 

 Dr. Clara Kwak graduated from University of Alberta Dentistry in 2004 and has been practicing in Edmonton ever since. 

Dr. Kwak understands the fear and embarrassment people may feel about visiting dentists and has dedicated herself to making everyone's dental visit as comfortable as possible.

She loves all aspects of dentistry and she firmly believes in continuously updating and expanding her knowledge in dentistry to provide better dental care for all her patients using the latest procedures and technology. She is especially interested in the esthetic aspect of dentistry without losing her focus on patient education and prevention for better oral health. Dr. Kwak is passionate about educating patients so that they can make informed choices about their oral health. Clara welcomes and encourages patients to ask any questions relating to their oral health.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kwak loves distance running, tennis, playing the piano, painting, and cooking.

"I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since the 1990's and am so happy to be a part of Dr. Kwak's team.  It is very important to me to make sure that your dental appointments are as comfortable as possible.  I will always take the time to explain what we need to do and answer any questions that you may have.  I want you, the patient, to feel safe, informed and at ease about your care.

When I am not working on Edmonton's smiles, my happy place is outside.  Exploring the river valley with my family and our dogs, riding my bike and skating at Rundle Park are a few of my favorite things to do.  If you see me out there, be sure to say hello!"
